Below are details about continuing education and license renewal in Michigan. 

Michigan Chiropractic Continuing Education Requirements: 30 hours are required every two-year renewal cycle based on date of initial licensure. At least 1 hour is required in Sexual Boundaries, 1 in Ethics, 1 in Pain and Symptom Management, and 2 live in-person hours in Physical Measures and 2 live in-person hours in Performance and Ordering of Tests.

 

A maximum of 12 continuing education hours may be completed in a single day. Michigan permits up to 20 of the 30 required continuing education hours to be earned through PACE-approved online courses per renewal cycle. Implicit bias hours are completed in addition to, and outside of, this online hour limit.

A Better Chiro continuing education and Implicit Bias training is approved by FCLB PACE and offers pre-approved online courses for licensure with the Michigan Board of Chiropractic.
