Collection: Arizona Chiropractic Continuing Education Requirements - Arizona Accepts BetterChiro

Below are details about continuing education and license renewal in Arizona.

Arizona Chiropractic Continuing Education Requirements: 12 hours are required per fiscal year. Arizona accepts all 12 hours in online continuing education courses. For every even numbered year, 2 hours of Record Keeping/Documentation is required and should be included as part of the 12 hours.

For First Time Renewals: Chiropractors graduating from an accredited program within a year of their first license renewal in Arizona are exempt from continuing education (CE) requirements but must attend a 3-hour board meeting. Attendance must be pre-scheduled and approved. CE credit isn't given if the licensee attends due to a pending investigation or if the licensee fails to schedule properly.

A Better Chiro continuing education offers approved online courses for licensure by the Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners. State approval codes are provided in the course description and the certificate of completion. A Better Chiro reports course completions to the Arizona Chiropractic Board within 28 days.
