Below are details about continuing education and license renewal in California.

California Chiropractic Continuing Education Requirements: 24 hours are required per fiscal year, due by the end of licensee's birth month. 2 hours are required in Ethics and a minimum of 4 hours are required in any one of, or a combination of, the following: History Taking and Physical Examination, Chiropractic Adjustment Techniques, Ethical Coding and Billing. A maximum of 12 hours per day is allowed. California accepts 12 hours of online continuing education courses per year. Licensee must attest completion on state board forms and are subject to audit. 

A Better Chiro is a California Board of Chiropractic Examiners Approved Continuing Education Provider and offers approved courses for California licensure. All of our courses are in Category 1.
