How does it work?

How does A Better Chiro work?

  1. Account Setup: Create a free account by clicking "Members Login" or Create an Account". Please record your chosen password for future access.
  2. Purchase Course: Add your desired course or package to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Course Access: After placing your order, your course will be waiting for you in your account.
  4. Course Completion: Review the course material and take the self-administered quiz.
  5. Instant Certification: Upon successful quiz completion, your certificate of completion will be emailed to you and/or downloadable.

All steps are conducted online for your convenience, eliminating the need for email correspondence or waiting periods for certification.

How do I start?

  1. Navigate: Click your state board at the top of the page. If your state is not listed, or you are not licensed with FCLB, please e-mail us here.
  2. Choose: Select your desired course.

How do I receive my certificate of completion?

Your certificate of completion is sent to your email address upon completion of the board required self-administered quiz.

We do not submit the certificates on behalf of licensed acupuncturists to state boards. This is the responsibility of the licensee. If you have questions about submitting your renewal certificates and how to do so, please contact your board director directly.

Keep your official certificates for a period of 4 years from the course completion date. However, A Better Chiro stores your certificates for lifetime so you can have access to them whenever, wherever in your account.

What are the requirements for continuing education?

For any inquiries related to your chiropractic CE courses, feel free to reach out to us for timely and accurate guidance. Should you have specific questions regarding the current status or renewal of your license, we recommend contacting your state licensing board or relevant organization directly. To stay current with CE requirements and renewal deadlines, we advise consistently checking your state board's website.

Do you report my credits to CE Broker?

Yes. Upon completing your credits, A Better Chiro will promptly report them to CE Broker, within 24 hours.

Accessing your courses

How do I access my courses?

To access purchased courses, first log in to your account with us by clicking the 'Members Login' button located at the top of the page. Use the full email address and password you set up during checkout. Once logged in, your registered courses will be displayed. Click a course title to proceed. Upon lesson completion, scroll to the page's bottom to find the self-administered quiz.

Do my courses expire?

No. Once you purchase the course, it is in your account for life. You may complete it at your leisure. However, you must pass the quiz for the certificate of completion and for the credits to be active. Do not worry: you have unlimited attempts to pass the quiz.

How many questions are on the quiz?

Your quiz will comprise 10 questions. Multiple attempts are permitted to achieve a passing score, with no additional cost for retakes.

I failed my quiz!

Do not worry. If you do not achieve a passing score (80%) on the quiz, you can review your answers and revisit the course material as needed. You have multiple opportunities to retake the quiz at no additional cost until a passing score is attained.

I forgot the password to my account

You will need to reset your password here, as A Better Chiro does not store passwords or credit card information.

If you do not see the password reset link in your inbox, please check your junk and/or spam folders. The link may take a few minutes to arrive.

I need to change the information on my account

Returns or exchanges

I purchased the wrong course

If you accidentally ordered the wrong course, not a problem! We can absolutely exchange the course for you. Please reach out to us here.

Can I return a course?

We want you to feel empowered and educated through our easy CE system. Because our chiropractic course content is is immediately accessible post-purchase, course fees are non-refundable once the course has been started. Otherwise, if the course has not been initiated, we are happy to provide a refund anytime up to 30 days after enrollment. Simply email us at support@abetterchiro.com with your enrollment number, name, and which course you would like to return or exchange.

No refunds can be issued once the certificate of completion is provided.

Can I exchange a course for another course?

Yes! Absolutely, we only want you to get the courses you need. Contact us at any time, all problems are solved within 24 hours.

If a certificate of completion has already been issued, then unfortunately we are unable to exchange the course.
