Iowa Chiropractic Continuing Education Requirements: 40 hours are required per two-year renewal period, due by June 30th on even-numbered years. 36 hours must be in Chiropractic Clinical Science, such as examination, technique, diagnostic imaging, nutrition, or research, 4 hours must be in Ethics or Risk Management, and 1 hour must be in Iowa Administrative Code. Iowa accepts 20 hours in online continuing education courses (a maximum 16 in Chiropractic Clinical Science). Licensee must attest completion on state board forms and are subject to audit. 

A Better Chiro continuing education is administered by Life Chiropractic College West, an accredited CCE College, and offers approved online courses for licensure with the Iowa Board of Chiropractic. A Better Chiro offers a course and certificate for Iowa Administrative Code.
